Tribe welcomes Naranjo as Contracts and Grants Manager

Grounds Maintenance crews work together on Tuesday, Dec. 8, lighting the trees outside of the Leonard C. Burch Building in what has become an annual tradition on Tribal Campus. From Bear Dance prep each spring to Snow removal each winter, these crews work hard to keep Tribal Campus looking its best, and other tribal events running smoothly.

NAJA announces National Native Media Award winners

Andres Richards is currently attending Ignacio Middle School and is in the seventh grade. His parents are Frank and Angela Richards. The award was presented to the family by Public Education Specialist, Ellen Baker at Eagle Park in Bayfield, Colo. following school on Wednesday, Oct. 14.

Southwest Conservation Corps assists Tribe with invasive tree removal 

The Southern Ute Indian Tribe is set to replace the aging bridge deck this fall, with repair crews onsite throughout much of October, possibly into November, depending on weather conditions. The bridge crosses the Pine River on La Boca Ranch Road and provides access to Indian Mesa, and sections of northern New Mexico to the south.
