Steve Govreau, purchasing manager for the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, tries to sell a car to Aspen Baker during Mad City Money, a financial management exercise, on Tuesday, July 9 at the Sky Ute Casino Resort. The event aimed to teach participants in the tribe’s Youth Employment Program how to manage a budget. The Southern Ute Finance Department sponsored the exercise.
