Town will recognize LCB Day

Southern Ute Indian Tribe employee Stella Cox took an oath of office on Tuesday, June 11 to serve as mayor of the Town of Ignacio. Cox, a clerk with the Tribal Court, had served previously as mayor pro-tem. She won the job in a special election and replaces Ena Millich, who resigned in February, and will serve until April 1, 2014.
