Chris Naranjo retired from the Southern Ute Police department on Friday, Nov. 5. Chris Naranjo worked as a police officer for 29 years and worked for the Tribe a little over 26 years. During his time at SUPD, he has worked his way up from patrol officer, community resource officer, dispatch, sergeant, criminal investigator, acting chief, and lieutenant.
