Watermelon and Feta Salad
Ingredients
- 6 cups cold watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 red onion, sliced and cut in quarters
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed
- 1/3 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2-4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine! Serve cold.
