The Southern Ute Indian Tribe joined the other Ute tribes Dec. 3 and 4 in Washington, D.C., to witness the end of the journey of two very special Christmas trees. A National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) Grant was awarded to the Southern Ute Culture Center and Museum. This grant provided the staff with hands-on training for collections care and how to make displays within conservation standards.
