Tribal Health Diabetes Patient Coordinator, Lisa Smith plays a healthy food game with first grade Ignacio Elementary Students on Thursday, Feb. 24, at the Ignacio Elementary School’s Be Well Day event. Each student learned the importance of healthy eating, exercise, and mental well-being by attending nutrition presentations, practicing various exercise movements and showing gratitude.
