Tribal leadership from 14 tribes, including all three Ute Tribes, attended the Tribal Leader Forum. The group gathered to discuss tribal water rights along the Colorado River and the management of the river, Lake Powell, and Lake Mead. The lack of meaningful tribal consultation, both historically and present-day, remains a growing concern for Tribes.
