Ushering in a new era…The Southern Ute Tribal Council becomes a female majority for the first time in history, following the run-off election in December. The newly elected council members, Ramona Eagle and Margorie Barry, took their seats on Tribal Council following the certification of votes on Monday, Dec. 16.
