Clement J. Frost, chairman of the Southern Ute Indian Tribal Council, has appointed Lorelei Cloud his new vice chairwoman. Frost announced the appointment in a memo Tuesday, Jan. 26. This is Cloud’s first term on Tribal Council, thus her first time serving as vice chair. She joined Tribal Council December of 2015 after working as the Southern Ute Growth Fund’s Red Willow Production Company’s Land Assistant Supervisor.
