Elise Redd can be seen alongside Troy Scott and Terry Hight during the Beef Jerky Making class. The class gave participants the chance to make their own style of jerky and share stories of past events and projects at the Southern Ute Multi-Purpose Facility, Monday, Nov. 17.

Dermarr Harlan demonstrated one way of preparing jerky to the class by grinding the venison before cooking it.
