Southern Ute Museum Collections Manager, Tallias Cantsee, gave a tour to the Director of the Colorado Division of Veterans Affairs, David Callahan and Area Veterans Service Officer, Christy Cunningham which he told them a little bit of history about each exhibit in the museum and the background history of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe.

Tribe hosts Veterans Affairs
The Director of the Colorado Division of Veterans Affairs, David Callahan and Area Veterans Service Officer (VSO) Christy Cunningham were invited to tour the Southern Ute Veterans Park and Southern Ute Cultural Center & Museum on Wednesday, Aug. 31. Southern Ute Veterans Association Commander, Howard D. Richards Sr., and Association Secretary Bruce LeClaire (Not Pictured) gave a run-down of what each of the seven memorial monuments signified in the Veterans Memorial Park.
