Located just south of Ignacio city limits, a new neighborhood will expand housing in the Cedar Point East community.
Cedar point townhomes are available in single, or two story options, with covered porches.
Workers finish framing in the new housing units south of Ignacio.
Open space for the neighborhood is set against a scenic backdrop.
Workers apply varnish to the wooden doors and cabinets, as finish work begins inside the townhomes.

Cedar Point townhomes enter the final stages of construction, with availability set for summer of 2018. The 25 townhomes will be made available to Southern Ute tribal members, offering an expansive view of the La Plata Mountains to the north. Mild weather conditions have aided in the construction efforts this winter, quickly shaping the project into a new neighborhood.
