Southern Ute tribal member, Olyvia Watts is named the Elbert J. Floyd Award recipient, Friday, May 16 in the Tribal Council Chambers, members of the Floyd family, Watts family, and Southern Ute Education Department, gathered before the Tribal Council to present Watts with a check and the customary box of chocolates.
