Students are eager to start preparing the deer meat for a cooking project. Once the field dressing aspect is finished, the school plans to cook a stew together with the student’s help.
SUIMA’s field dressing activity brought students together in the courtyard for a hands-on cultural activity, Tuesday, Nov. 12, where they learned the step-by-step process of field dressing a deer.
