SUIMA’s primary classroom and their family finish out their fun walk/run on Friday, April 28.

Southern Ute Indian Montessori Academy’s Upper Elementary classroom held their final fundraiser event for their end of the year field trip to Santa Fe, N.M. on Friday, April 28 in front of the Southern Ute Council Chambers. Mrs. Mae Yazzie-Pino, upper elementary’s teacher helps Meskvlwv Wesley hand out fresh lemonade to students, teachers and tribal employees who participated in the event.

SUIMA students race against each other during the fun walk/run. Vice Chairman, Lorelei Cloud and Councilman Marvin Pinnecoose also participated.
