The Southern Ute Indian Montessori Academy (SUIMA) upper elementary classroom started off December with a candy cane fundraiser for their end of the year field trip to Santa Fe, N.M. The SUIMA class plans on doing two more fundraisers before the start of their Christmas break. Kaylee Cuthair purchases candy canes to go to different tribal departments on campus, Thursday, Dec. 1, in the Hall of Warriors.
