Southern Ute elder Arlene Millich guides participants to find their personal voice and artistic expression though mastery of watercolor techniques.

The Southern Ute Education Department is hosting a series of watercolor classes for adults of all ages, the program is titled: Basic Watercolor. Participants each take a concept and paint their renditions of the subject matter. On Tuesday, March 13, participants depicted trees against their own vibrant skyline.
