Southern Ute elder and Sundance Chief, Byron Frost highlights the significance of the drum in Native culture to a class of visiting students from the Ignacio Elementary School at the Southern Ute Museum and Cultural Center, Wednesday, Nov. 30. Frost explained that the Drum brings energy and good feeling to those who hear it. He asked the young students to be kind to one another and respect the world around them.
