Box pens memoir

The book ‘The Physical and Spiritual Journey of a Southern Ute Elder,’ written by Judith A. Stone is being promoted by Russell Box, Sr. and the book’s author. Box was on hand to sign copies of the book and speak on his experiences during the Ute Indian Museum’s grand reopening in Montrose, Colo. June 9-10. The book, which was recently published, is available for purchase at Maria’s Bookstore in Durango Colo. and in Ignacio at the Southern Ute Museum and the Sky Ute Casino gift shop. Copies are also available at the Ute Indian Museum. Russell Box, Sr. is an accomplished lecturer, storyteller and artist.
