Board Members from the Kwiyagat Community Academy in Towaoc, Colo. attend the University of Colorado Back to School Barbecue on Tuesday, Aug. 23, at the Southern Ute Multi-Purpose Facility. The BBQ was open to the Southern Ute tribal community to introduce President Sailman, his staff and the Board of Regents. Tribal members were able to express interests and share ideas on how the University of Colorado could help them and the community.
