Howard Richards is no rookie at this type of work. Officer Richards first worked for the Southern Ute Police Department in January of 1975, graduated from the Police Academy in 1980 and worked as an officer until October of 1981. He then worked as a Wildlife Officer for some time. Officer Richard is now a full-time employee of the Southern Ute Police Department as of December 1984.
