20 years ago: Southern Ute Veterans Association members Ronnie C. Baker and Roderick L. Grove attended the July 26 unveiling of a Memorial to Costilla Country, Colorado sons who sacrificed their lives in military service during World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War.
