Bean receives honors at CU

Southern Ute tribal member Cameron Bean was among 180 students that were honored at the White Coat Ceremony for students beginning their medical education at The University of Colorado School of Medicine located at the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colo., Friday, July 29. The class of 2026 was called “empathy and healing” as they begin their studies. Bean recently completed his Master of Public Health degree and now is in the final stage of earning his medical degree.
