Community walks to remember Burch

A sea of blue was seen on coming down Scotts Pond Rd. Over 150 community members participated in the memorial walk.

The family of the late Chairman Leonard C. Burch led the 150 plus walkers out of the SunUte Community during the 4th Annual Leonard C. Burch Walk and Run, Thursday, Dec. 10.

Over 150 Southern Ute tribal members, tribal employees and community members made it out to the 4th Annul Leonard C. Burch Memorial Walk/Run on Thursday, Dec. 10. The annual memorial walk includes a one-mile walk, indoor track for elders and a 5k run.
