Colorado State High School & Junior High School Rodeo Association (CSJR.HRA) State Finals in Craig, Colo., brought great pride and excitement to Kodi Mae Rima. Highlights from State, Rima made three outstanding runs in Poles, achieving 1st place in the average with times of 20.219 (1st in the go), 20.653 (2nd in the go), and 20.443 (1st in the go). As a result, Rima ended her last CSJR.HRA season State ranking: 2nd in Poles, 6th in Rifle, 7th in Goat Tying, 8th in Barrels, and 12th in Breakaway. Kodi Mae Rima‘s next stop will be the Junior High National Finals in Des Moines, Iowa, where she will compete in Poles riding for the Ute Mountain Rodeo Team.
