CHSAA postseason streaming requirements and processes

The Colorado High School Activities Association and its broadcast partner, the NFHS Network, own all playoff broadcast and streaming rights.

Should the NFHS Network elect not to broadcast specific events, those events will be available to those wishing to broadcast that specific event, with fees based on an established fee schedule.

Radio streaming is not contingent on NFHS Network status, but each postseason event that is broadcast on the radio is subject to fees based on an established fee schedule.

Negotiations to secure radio and television broadcast rights to state level events must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the game or tournament.

Those outlets wishing to broadcast an event this postseason must fill out the following forms and return to both Brad Cochi (bcochi@chsaa.org) and Dan Whitaker (dwhitaker@chsaa.org). If approval is given, the outlet will be sent an invoice following the completion of the postseason.

No member of the media will be admitted to a CHSAA event without a CHSAA Media Credential. Media credentials can be obtained by filling out the media credential request form.

All streaming and media information can be found in the CHSAA media handbook.
