Matt Wenning visited the SunUte Community Center on Saturday, June 10, to speak about the benefits of weightlifting, and the various aspects to achieving the results desired through conjugate training and conditioning.
Matt Wenning has earned a Masters of Science in Sport Biomechanics and a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. Using his knowledge to guide those in attendance at SunUte Community Center to maximize their own strength goals.
