Meet the Ignacio Royals

The Freshmen Royalty at Ignacio High’s festivities were Elco Garcia, Jr., (right) and Autumn Smith. Smith’s mother, Cedra Etesam, looks on proudly at left. Autumn is the daughter of Danny Smith and Cedra Etesam, and Elco the son of Elco Garcia and Naomi Russell.

Junior Royalty honorees Marcus Chapman (right) and Leela Rosa – escorted by father Daniel Rosa, Jr., at left – choose which cameras for which to mug. She is the daughter of Daniel, Jr., and Bobbie Rosa, and he the son of Steve and Yvonne Chapman.

Dressed to the nines for the occasion, Hunter Frost (left) bestows upon Rachel Cooper the 2nd Senior Attendant sash. She is the daughter of David Cooper and Corie Bray, and he the son of Jack Frost, Jr., and Bobbie Sage.

Gram, a senior and son of Robert and Juliet Gram, is involved in cross-country (for Bayfield H.S.), track and National Honors Society. A senior and daughter of Anthony and Maria Archuleta, Archuleta participates in basketball – she underwent surgery less than a week later on a damaged right ankle upon which she still managed to walk out – soccer, football (manager) and NAYO.
