The Southern Ute Indian Tribal Council welcomed baby Luna Rock as a newly enrolled Southern Ute tribal member on Tuesday, Oct. 21 in the Southern Ute Tribal Council Chambers. Luna Rock is the daughter of Kyle and Maranda Rock.
