Mark your calendars for our delightful “DIY Kitchen Towels with the Circuit” class, where you can add charming images or fun sayings to your kitchen towels, just in time for Thanksgiving! We’ll be hosting this creative session on Monday, Nov. 10, and again on Monday, Nov. 17. It’s the perfect opportunity to get a head start on those personalized gifts!
If you’re enjoying the crafting buzz, you’re in for a treat! Join us on Wednesday, Nov. 12, for our “Glowforge for the Holidays” class. Dive into our fantastic Idea Lab and create unique holiday crafts and ornaments – perfect for gifting or keeping your own festive spirit alive! Choose from either the 2:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. session; we can’t wait to see what you create!
We’re also thrilled to welcome guest presenter Grace Robertson, who will guide us through the art of candid photos! This engaging class will take place on Thursday, Nov. 13, at 4 p.m. It’s a wonderful chance to enrich your photography skills!
Speaking of informative sessions, don’t miss the “AARP Scam & Fraud Awareness Training” happening on Wednesday, Nov. 12, from 4 to 5 p.m. This essential training will equip you with the knowledge to recognize scams and protect yourself. Additionally, on Friday, Nov. 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., licensed independent agent Colton Lusk will be here to answer all your questions about Medicare!
And remember, we offer a free legal clinic with volunteer attorneys online every third Tuesday of the month, from 4 to 5:40 p.m. Be sure to RSVP by calling 970-563-9287. If you’re seeking emotional support, Sara Barnes, LPC, from Hospice of Mercy, leads our Grief Support Group on the first Tuesday of the month at 3 p.m. No commitment is necessary – join us whenever you feel ready.
For our creative souls, don’t miss our workshops designed just for you! Join the Sewing Workshop every Monday at 1:30 p.m., unleash your artistic flair at our Open Art Studio on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 a.m., or knit and connect with the ICL Knitters Group every Thursday at 1 p.m.
We haven’t forgotten our younger patrons, either! Bring your little ones to Storytime on Tuesdays at 10 a.m. for a delightful mix of stories and crafts. And don’t miss the hands-on fun of Silly Science, which takes place every first Thursday of the month at 4:30 p.m. Plus, mark your calendars for our exciting Teen Night on Monday, Nov. 20, at 6 p.m. This month is all about Spy Games!
