Mamakwa Valdez was one of the first students to attend SUIMA since its opening in 2000, she stands with SUIMA teacher Debra Lamoreaux. ‘Ms. Debbie’ has also been working with the school since its opening.

SUIMA Principal Mari Jo Owens shares stories with families visiting for the 25th Birthday on Friday, Sept. 5. Families enjoyed lunch, classroom tours, campus wide bingo game, and photo books.
