Renowned artist, Joe Toldeo will have his artwork featured in Ignacio during April’s First Friday at Dancing Spirit Center for the Arts. Dancing Spirit Center for the Arts is proud to present an extraordinary evening celebrating the work of Joe Toledo, renowned artist of the American Southwest, proud Native of the Jemez Pueblo in New Mexico and beloved Ignacio local. 

Toledo paints what brings him solace. His deep connection to the community and his absorption with life and art is as rich and enduring as the sunlight that bathes the Southwestern Colorado landscape he calls home. His work reflects a rich cultural heritage and a profound reverence for the natural world. 

Come enjoy an evening of stunning artwork, community connection, and cultural celebration on April 4, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Dancing Spirit Center for the Arts, located at 465 Goddard Ave in Ignacio, Colo. The event is free and open to the public, with refreshments provided.
