DeWayne Todd receives a large plaque, Wednesday, Jan. 29, recognizing his years of service as the Director of Southern Ute Detention. Todd was hired in 2015 as a Tribal Ranger under Justice & Regulatory. In 2020 he was temporarily reassigned as the acting Detention Division Head, formally accepting the position in 2021. In 2024 DeWayne was temporarily reassigned as the acting Director of Justice & Regulatory, until that position was filled.
