We have some fantastic programs lined up that you won’t want to miss. Kick off the month with our Glass Etching Class on Feb. 8 and then dive into learning at our Estate Planning 101 workshop on Feb. 10. On Feb. 13, don’t miss the Cloud Storage Basics session hosted by Senior Planet from AARP. And mark your calendars for Feb. 25, when our Virtual Reality Travel Program returns for a journey to Ecuador & the Galapagos Islands! For more details on these events and additional offerings, make sure to check out our website at ignaciolibrary.org.

Each month, we’re thrilled to introduce new programs and events designed to help you learn something fresh or simply have fun! And remember, our regular weekly programs and book clubs are always welcoming new participants. Thrill-seekers can join our Mystery Book Club, meeting twice a month, while Science Fiction Book Club enthusiasts can connect once a month for lively discussions.

Crafters and artists will find plenty to do with our ongoing workshops. Join us every Monday at 1:30 p.m. for the Sewing Workshop, get creative at the Open Art Studio on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m., or come knit with the ICL Knitters Group every Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Community Room.

We’re also proud to support our Veterans with regular office hours facilitated by Greg Dotson from La Plata County Veteran Services from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every first Wednesday. Plus, our free legal clinic with volunteer attorneys is available online every third Tuesday from 4 to 5:40 p.m. Don’t forget to call ahead for more information at 970-563-9287. For those in need of support, our Grief Support Group will take place every first Tuesday at 3 p.m., led by Sara Barnes, LPC from Hospice of Mercy.

Younger patrons are in for a treat too! Starting with Storytime on Tuesdays at 10 a.m., where kids can engage in songs, crafts, and stories to spark a love for reading. Join us for Silly Science on the first Thursday of each month at 4:30 p.m. for fun and hands-on experiments. Middle and high school students are invited to the Teen Café every Wednesday after school at 4:30 p.m. for snacks, homework help, and activities. Plus, keep an eye out for our monthly Teen Night on Feb. 24, packed with new themes and exciting dinners!

Don’t miss out on the IDEA LAB, a hub for hands-on learning and skill development suitable for all ages. Our IDEA LAB Educator, Mr. Ron, will be hosting an array of classes in our Makerspace this year. Join us every Friday and Saturday this month from 1 to 4 p.m. to dive into new projects together. We also offer one-on-one and small-group coaching – call us to set up your appointment and make the most of this amazing space! 970-563-9287.

We can’t wait to see you at the library!
