The 102nd Annual Southern Ute Tribal Fair and Rodeo continues throughout the weekend of Friday, Sept. 13 through Sunday, Sept. 15 at the Sky Ute Fairgrounds Arena. This year’s rodeo featured various open events bringing in cowboys and cowgirls from all over the nation to compete. Events included bronc riding, tie down, breakaway, team roping, barrel racing, bull riding and other rodeo events for youth riders. This year’s rodeo was made possible with the help of the Southern Ute Rodeo Committee, Southern Ute Cultural Preservation Department, Southern Ute Growth Fund, Sky Ute Fairgrounds, Pinnecoose Hay Farm, Bucking H Rodeo and many others.
