The Southern Ute Multi-Purpose Facility hosted a tamale making class on Wednesday, Dec. 20 in the facilities' main gathering room. Attendees worked to spread masa and meat filling in the corn husks, following the assembly process each participant took home tamales.
Participants fill trays with tamales during the tamale making class, they learn the steps for making tamales and get to take home their hard-earned tamales at the end of the class.
