Newly elected Councilman Andrew Gallegos completes his Oath of Office on Tuesday, Dec. 5 during his inauguration ceremony in the Tribal Council Chambers. Overseen by Chief Judge Scott Moore, Gallegos completed his oath in front of a large audience, filled with friends, family members, and coworkers. Following the official inauguration ceremony attendees gathered in the Hall of Warriors to enjoy light refreshments.

Visiting dignitaries from the Jicarilla Apache Nation took time to give their well wishes to newly elected Councilman Andrew Gallegos, sharing words of encouragement as the inauguration marks the beginning of Gallegos’ term with the Southern Ute Indian Tribal Council.
