Multi-Purpose Facility Admin. Assistant Stais Harlan slices steaks to be prepared during the Cooking with Chef Bill and Carol Barbone class held on Monday, Oct. 23. The class was held at the Multi-Purpose Facility, teaching attendees how to cook their own surf & turf style dinners–preparing steaks, shrimp, vegetables, and sauces.
After less than an hour of cooking, the class prepares their plates for a hearty lunch including; steak, fried shrimp, green beans, small baked potatoes and a variety of homemade sauces.
