The town of Ignacio held a rising ceremony for the new Dancing Spirit Center, Studio and Gallery building that’s opening on 465 Goddard Avenue on Wednesday, July 26. Edward Box III, Ignacio’s Mayor Pro Tem blessed the building site during the rising ceremony.

Southern Ute Brave, Henry Whiteskunk II welcomed participants during the rising ceremony.

Spectators and guests shared a moment of bubble blowing to celebrate the moment as construction continues for the new Dancing Spirit facility in downtown Ignacio.
