Cactus Asphalt crews work to chip seal Rolling Thunder Ave., on Monday, July 10 as part of the Cedar Point Road Improvement Project. Tribal Planning and Weeminuche Construction Authority, along with Cactus Asphalt, have now improved all roads within Cedar Point to Federal Highway Administration standards. For three days crews sprayed thin layers of heated liquid asphalt followed by small aggregates otherwise known as “chips”.
