Dream Warrior, Jessa Calderon works with Derek Sage (Recording and Production) as they record lyrics provided by Dani Ashike-Borum. Sage came to KSUT through the Southern Ute Education Department's Youth Employment Program (YEP) who employ youth with various tribal entities, working a real job with hands-on training and developing real world employment skills. Ambrose Valdez was also at KSUT through the YEP program.

Dream Warriors, Jessa Calderon and Tall Paul conducted a workshop hosted by KSUT Tribal Radio. Topics the Dream Warriors discussed were basic and complex rhyme schemes, storytelling exercises, song structure, how to count bars in an instrumental, music terminology, performance strategies, techniques and principals, recording and more. The two-day workshop was held at the Eddie Box Jr. Media Center, Wednesday, Aug. 3 through Friday, Aug. 5.
