The Southern Ute Tribal Council joined executive leadership from the Southern Ute Growth Fund on a trip to Oceanside, Calif., Wednesday, June 22 –Thursday, June 23, to tour the investments in the area.

The Pierside North and South Apartments in Oceanside are two of the investments of the Tribe. The multi-family apartment complexes are next to the Pacific Ocean and also have a pool on the property.

Tribal Council stands next to the ornate wooden Southern Ute Tribal Seal located in the Marriot Springhill Suites owned by the Tribe. The hotel is located in the same area as the other real estate investments.

With limited space, common areas are an attractive part of the Pierside Apartments. The group toured the buildings to get a feel for the amenities.
