Ignacio High School seniors Lexy Young, Monika Lucero, and Avaleena Nanaeto share a smile during the Ignacio High School Baccalaureate event on Thursday, May 26. During the baccalaureate, high school seniors are recognized for their academic and athletic achievements throughout the duration of their public-school education, including the announcement of commitment to secondary schools and scholarships. Attendees celebrated with dessert, potluck style, as well as a heartfelt slideshow which featured each graduating student and their baby photos.
