Ignacio High School Senior Alric Hudson waits to be awarded the National Honor Society graduation chord, honoring a student’s four-year dedication to academic excellence, on Monday, May 2 at the 34th Annual Academic Awards Banquet and National Honor Society Induction. This banquet honored students earning 3.5 GPA scores or higher as well as honoring the new National Honor Society inductees and current members of National Honor Society.

Kristianna Brann is selected to win a prize during the conclusion of the banquet, all names of students that earned an award were drawn raffle style to pop a balloon and win a prize. Brann won the “movie package” which included snacks, movies, and a bean bag chair.
