Join us for “Rockin’ on the River,” a free music series on five Sundays throughout the Summer at The Powerhouse. This family friendly music series will feature local and regional bands, including Lavalanche, High Country Hustle, Elder Grown, Robert Kent Voss, and Red Light Cameras. Located outside on the Carver Family Plaza from 4 – 7 p.m., this summer series will host food trucks, local craft vendors, and The Powerhouse bar for drink purchases.

“Live music is an important part of the Durango community, and we are excited to be able to support bands and vendors during this free summer series,” Powerhouse Executive Director Jeff Susor said. “As an organization we work to offer unique exhibit experiences throughout the year, and this series seemed like the perfect accompaniment to our newest traveling exhibit, Medieval to Metal, on display at The Powerhouse from May 1 through Labor Day weekend.”

All events will be rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. For more information, please visit the event page at www.powsci.org, Facebook page www.powsci.org/powscicenter or by calling 970-259-9234.
