Southern Ute tribal member Roman Seibel bids farewell to the Tribal Information Services (TIS) department on Thursday, April 14 in the Buckskin Charlie Room as he prepares to move onto Tribal Planning as the Administrative Assistant for their department. TIS staff gave well wishes and gifts to Seibel during their staff meeting.
