Members of the Southern Ute Veterans Association were on hand for the First Responders Appreciation Day at the Mancos State Park, Saturday, Aug. 17. A Proclamation from Colorado Governor Jared Polis was read by Scot Elder, manager of the Lone Mesa and Mancos State Parks.
