Southern Ute Drum’s Media Archivist, Fabian Martinez gives a brief presentation on the history of the newspaper to the delegation from the “Native American Voices” program on Sunday, May 19 at the SunUte Community Center. The program is a part of the Nation Magazine, hailed as the oldest weekly magazine in America. Nation Magazine specializes in investigative reporting, in addition to chronicling political and cultural life.
