Residential, Business, and Agricultural Leasing Code & Tribal Environmental Review Policy

Tribal Council is considering adopting HEARTH Act regulations, including a Residential, Business, and Agricultural Leasing Code and a Tribal Environmental Review Policy and it is seeking input from the tribal membership. Tribal members can view related materials and submit comments via the Tribal Member Portal. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your Tribal Member Portal
2. Access the materials by clicking on the links on the bottom of the page
3. Submit your comments by December 13^th
